Red Light Inflammation

Red light therapy can help reduce inflammation by stimulating cellular activity, particularly in the mitochondria, which leads to improved cell function, healing, and pain relief. It works by promoting the production of energy and reducing the concentration of inflammatory molecules in cells. This can be beneficial for conditions like muscle soreness, joint pain, and certain skin conditions

Red Light Skin Health

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths to stimulate cellular activity, promote collagen and elastin production, and aid in skin repair and rejuvenation. It can help reduce the signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone by fading dark spots and discoloration, and calm inflammation from conditions such as acne, rosacea, and sun damage.

Red Light Hair Growth

Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a treatment for hair growth that uses specific wavelengths of red light to stimulate hair follicles. It works by boosting cellular energy in the follicle, improving blood flow to the scalp, and reducing inflammation, which can lead to thicker, longer hair growth and is especially helpful for those with genetic hair loss conditions like androgenetic alopecia. Consistent use over several months is necessary to see results, and it is often used in conjunction with other treatments

ABOUT US

We're a family affected by severe asthma and allergies. After going from one treatment to another and not getting any proper relief, we came across dry salt therapy (halotherapy) and gave it a try. We were amazed at the results and loved the fact it's completely natural. Having no local provider we thought it would be great to bring this service to Mullingar and so Halo Saltrooms was born. For your Mind, Body, Lungs and Skin, we aim to give you relief from the symptoms you may suffer from, help you heal from injury, build yourself for endurance or help hold back the test of time on your skin.
